The basic idea behind the fax server is to eliminate long distance calls and having to print the document before sending it via fax device in your office. While having your document at the screen, all you need to do is to execute the normal Steps for printing your document and when the printing box appears you select the desired fax device within the printing device dialog box and of it goes to its destination.
